Swimsuit by James Patterson and Maxine Paetro

I really don't like James Patterson. He just churns these books out one after another, often with a co-writer so I wonder just how much writing he does, and there is nothing remotely worthwhile about them. Swimsuit is no exception.
A swimsuit model is missing after a photoshoot in Hawaii. Her parents receive an eery phone call letting them know that their daughter is in trouble and they immediately fly to Hawaii. An ex-cop who is currently a crime writer for the L. A. Times gets involved with the family and offers to help when the local police investigation is found wanting.
Very violent, with lots of profanity, this is a strong R rated book. It is truly one to avoid!
